Concierge Rewards Fair Use Policy
Our Fair Use Policy is intended to ensure that our members do not use our services, products or offers in an excessive, unreasonable or fraudulent manner. Such use may impact the quality or reliability of our services, products or offers to other members. Our Fair Use Policy applies when you use any of our services, products or offers. We retain the right to vary the terms of the Fair Use Policy at any time in our sole discretion. You must not use any of our services, products or offers in a way that we deem to be excessive (in our sole discretion).

All orders for gift cards or vouchers that require postage placed before 29th November 2019 will be dispatched prior to 17th Of December 2019.
Any gift card or vouchers orders that require postage placed after 29th November 2019 may require up to 21 business days.
If you would like to purchase any electronic gift-cards to use during the boxing day sales, please ensure your orders are placed prior to Thursday 19th December 2019 to receive activated cards.
Our offices will remain closed from Monday 23rd December 2019 to Monday 6th January 2020.
Electronic gift cards and movie tickets will be available and dispatched as per advertised timeframes ( subject to stock availability ) throughout this period.
