Account Information/Updates

How do I activate my account?

You will receive a welcome email or SMS from Concierge. Follow the prompts in the email / SMS by going to Concierge website, selecting First Time Log-in and choosing your own password.

How can I change my account information? 
To change your account information, log in to your account, select ‘My account’ at the top of the page and make changes as required. Once all of the changes have been made, please click submit to ensure the changes are saved.

I’ve forgotten my password - What should I do?
To reset your password, click on ‘forgot your password’ on the login page and enter your username and email address. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Can I opt out or unsubscribe from Concierge Communications?

You can opt out or unsubscribe from getting Concierge emails and SMS by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link in the relevant Concierge Rewards email or SMS. Alternatively call Concierge Call Centre on 1300 765 988 for opt out assistance.

Please note, Opt outs via Concierge Call centre may take up to 5 business days to be processed. 
You can opt out from Concierge Reward SMS’s be calling the Concierge Call Centre on 1300 765 988

Please Note:
You must opt in to receive Concierge communications in order to receive Concierge Store Credits. If You do not opt in, or later choose to opt out of receiving communications from Concierge, You will forfeit Your entitlement to Concierge Store Credits that would otherwise have been sent to You during the period You have chosen not to receive Concierge communications

Access and Benefits

How long do I have to access my Concierge Rewards?

You have access to your Concierge Rewards for 12 months from your date of purchase.

What browsers are compatible with the website?

The new Concierge Rewards website works best on Internet Explorer 9.0 and above, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

However, if you are using Internet Explorer 8 or below, you may find that some features of the website do not perform at the optimum. This is mainly due to some features of the website not being supported by some of the older browsers.

What do the icons on the website mean?

Redeem now - When you click this button, you will be taken directly to the supplier's website for redemption


Favourites -  Click on the heart icon to add any offers to your favorite list. That way you won’t have to search for your favourite offers again.

Can I access the website from home?

Yes. You can access the site from anywhere with internet access. Please note the website is optimised for viewing on the latest internet browser versions such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 9.0 and above


Shopping cart

When I purchase an item what will appear on my bank statement?

On your bank / credit card statement the purchases will appear under ‘Paypal *Atwork 4029357733’.

How do I track order and payment?

When you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your sales order number. Please allow for 3-4 business for despatch of your orders.

How do I place an order online?

To make a purchase online, select the category you would like to purchase from. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, select the item and simply add it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, select checkout at the top of the screen and then follow the directions.
